Grand Teton National Park: While dominated by the Grand Teton, this dramatic range offers dozens of excellent backcountry alpine climbs and traverses. Check out our list of recommended climbs and treks.
Beartooth Wilderness: Located just north of Yellowstone National Park in Montana, the Beartooth Mountains are known for their high plateaus, remote peaks and excellent fishing. Home of Granite Peak, the highest point in Montana, the Beartooths offer dozens of other worthy objectives.
Wind River Range: The Winds are renowned for great climbing, hiking and fishing. Gannett Peak is the highest summit in the range and the state of Wyoming, but that is just the beginning. From the glacier-clad peaks in the north to the clean, granite walls of the Cirque of the Towers in the south, this huge wilderness area has it all.
City of Rocks: City of Rocks, located near Almo, ID, is one of the finest technical rock climbing sites anywhere. About 350 routes have been described to date. One hundred-to-300 foot spires provide most of the climbing opportunities.
Cody: Cody, Wyoming, gateway to Yellowstone, offers excellent rock climbing and ice climbing opportunities. Rock climbs are located just minutes from town in the North Fork of the Shoshone River and world famous ice climbing is located in the South Fork of the Shoshone River. The South Fork contains the largest concentration of natural frozen waterfalls in the continental United States. Climbers of all abilities will find fun and challenging objectives.
Devils Tower: This amazing tower of six sided columns offers world class crack climbing of all difficulties. A trip to the Tower must not be missed. You can stay in the wild western town of Hulett, Wyoming or camp with us near the Tower. Join us for a unique summit experience!
Highpoints: We have the high points covered! Join us for a tall one: Montana's Granite Peak or Wyoming's Gannett Peak.
Lander: This uncommon Wyoming jewel sits in an oasis of cottonwoods along the Middle Fork of the Popo Agie River. Shielded to the West by the Wind River Range, Lander enjoys little wind, 320 days of sunshine each year, and some of the best limestone climbing anywhere.
