lander5
Lander area cliffs offer a variety of quality routes on which to learn climbing. You can start with the basics on the friendly limestone boulders and short climbs in Sinks Canyon, and progress to sport climbing technique on the dolomite crags, crack technique on the granite, and multi-pitch routes on the sandstone walls. We offer a full spectrum of climbing classes, on an as-requested basis, throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Classes take place either at Sinks Canyon or Wild Iris.

Jackson Hole Mountain Guides provides harnesses, helmets, belay devices, ropes, protection, and anchors. Climbing shoes can be rented the day before class at Wild Iris Mountain Sports.

Price quotes are per person in groups of two or more. All classes are available on a private basis. Call our Jackson office to book all Lander area classes.
